PNG Files 2nd Amicus Curiae Brief in Langbord Case

On June 5, 2009, the Professional Numismatists Guild filed another Amicus Curiae ("friend of the court") brief on behalf of a Pennsylvania family's efforts to get the federal government to return ten 1933 Double Eagles.  The PNG brief challenges the government's claim that the ten gold pieces are not legal tender coins.
